1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reseta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of the App

Reseta is a nutrition and wellness tracking app. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze meal photos and workout screenshots, estimate nutritional values and power Sam, the AI coach. AI estimates (calories, macros, ingredients, calories burned) are approximate and may contain errors: check them and correct them if needed. Reseta is NOT a medical device. The information provided is for general wellness purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a health professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

3. Google Sign-In

Reseta offers Google Sign-In via OAuth 2.0 for authentication purposes. When you sign in with Google, we only receive your name and email address. We do not access your Google contacts, files, photos, or any other Google services. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

4. User Account

Creating an account is optional: Reseta works without one, and your data then stays on your device. If you create an account (email, Apple or Google), your data is synced to the cloud. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Danger zone > “Delete my account”, which permanently deletes all your data from our servers.

5. Subscriptions (Reseta Premium)

Reseta can be used for free. The free plan includes unlimited manual entry, barcode scanning, weight, activity and step tracking, and your full history, plus a daily allowance of AI features: 1 AI photo scan (meal photo, photo from your library or workout screenshot) and 5 messages to Sam.

Reseta Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or annual, that makes AI photo scans and messages to Sam unlimited. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings: on the App Store, Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Google Play, Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. To recover your subscription after reinstalling the app or changing device, tap “Restore” on the Premium screen.

6. Intellectual Property

Reseta and all associated content, design, code, and trademarks are the property of Pidotis. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reseta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pidotis shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the application. Nutritional estimates provided by AI are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions. Reseta is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

8. Privacy

Your use of Reseta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Reseta after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
