Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Reseta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of the App
Reseta is a nutrition and wellness tracking application. It uses AI to analyze meals, provide coaching, and generate personalized recommendations. Reseta is NOT a medical device. The information provided is for general wellness purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
3. Google Sign-In
Reseta offers Google Sign-In via OAuth 2.0 for authentication purposes. When you sign in with Google, we only receive your name and email address. We do not access your Google contacts, files, photos, or any other Google services. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
4. User Account
Creating an account is optional. Reseta works fully in offline mode without an account. If you create an account (via Apple SSO, Google OAuth, or email), your data is synced to the cloud. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.
5. In-App Purchases
Reseta currently does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are available for free. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, they will be subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these terms will be updated accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property
Reseta and all associated content, design, code, and trademarks are the property of Pidotis. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reseta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pidotis shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the application. Nutritional estimates provided by AI are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions. Reseta is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
8. Privacy
Your use of Reseta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Reseta after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
