Getting started
Open the app, choose a recurring situation, describe one recent occurrence, and answer the mirror's questions one at a time. After a few exchanges your loop crystallises into a fractal motif. Your first scan is free and needs no account.
Managing your subscription
Founding Access is a monthly auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple. To view, change or cancel it: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fractalogie. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall and tap “restore purchases” to re-activate your membership on the same Apple ID.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account & data
In the app, go to Me → delete my account. This permanently erases your account and every scan stored in the cloud, immediately. Scans stored only on your device are removed when you delete the app.
Privacy
We sell nothing and run no tracking. Your scan text is processed by OpenAI's API to generate your analysis and is never used to train models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Fractalogie is a tool for self-reflection, not therapy or a crisis service. If you are in distress or may be in danger, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 988 in the US) right away.
