How it works

How does billing work?＋

Your first scan is free. Founding Access is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple — €59.99 per year or €9.99 per month. The yearly plan saves you roughly 50%. The exact price, in your local currency, is always shown in the app before you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Is there a free trial?＋

No separate free trial — and that's deliberate. Your first complete scan is free for everyone, no account or card required. That scan is the trial: you experience the full method before deciding whether Founding Access is for you.

How do I cancel?＋

Cancel anytime, directly in your Apple subscription settings — there's no need to contact us. On your iPhone: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fractalogie → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

What about refunds?＋

Because purchases are handled by Apple, refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. We can't process payments or refunds on Apple's behalf, but we're happy to help — email contact@fractalogie.ai.

Do I need an account?＋

No. The core of the app — including your free scan — works without one. Signing in (Apple or Google) simply enables cloud sync of your scans and map across devices. You can delete your account and all cloud data in one tap, anytime.

What is the 1:1 Reconstruction, and is it a subscription?＋

It's a private, real-world 1:1 — completely separate from the app. It is not an in-app purchase and not a subscription. You apply by emailing contact@fractalogie.ai, and we discuss fit and details directly before anything is arranged.
